The FC10 is an automatic 10-bin friction collator designed for high-efficiency, continuous production, handling various paper stocks at speeds up to 3,600 sets per hour. Featuring a touch-button control panel, adjustable feed pressures, and versatile programming modes, it ensures reliable and precise collating. Each of the 10 bins holds up to 275 sheets, with sensors alerting when bins are empty. The adjustable stacking table allows for straight or criss-cross stacking for easy set separation. The self-centering guide automatically adjusts for different stock sizes, eliminating manual repositioning, making the FC10 ideal for high-volume collating tasks.
