The FD 95 Rotary Perforator/Creaser is designed to finish printed sheets up to 13.8” x 19”. Its three-tire friction feeding system reliably feeds up to 7,080 sheets per hour and can create up to 5 parallel perforations and creases in a single pass. Perforating allows for easy separation of multiple printouts, tear-offs, postcards, or tickets on a single sheet, while creasing allows for easy folding and reduces unsightly cracking in digital printouts.
Sheets are fed, perforated,/or creased automatically and then stacked neatly on the telescoping outfeed table. Users can set the variable speed control based on paper weight, while the resettable counter keeps an accurate tally of processed sheets. Featuring an intuitive LCD, it’s easy for operators to use pre-programmed job settings or create and save their custom cuts. The FlashCard is programmed with five jobs to process printed sheets from 8.5” x 11” up to 8.5” x 14”. The infeed tray holds up to 40 sheets at a time, up to 200gsm, and can accommodate paper weights up to 350gsm/130# cover.
The FlashCard can cut coated and uncoated paper, laminated sheets, and card stock using an automatic friction-feed system. Its precision cutting blade is self-sharpening and accurate up to 0.1mm. Users can also enhance accuracy by using the built-in register mark reader.
The FlashCard comes with a standard 3.5” cutting cassette to produce 10-up 2” x 3.5” business cards.
