Processing 13" paper widths up to 33 feet per minute, the Ultra 100 PRO UV Coater provides a highly featured UV coating machine for short volume demands. Similar to the Ultra 200A model, the Ultra 100 PRO enhances the value and vibrancy of printed pieces and offers unique coating capabilities. The applicator and impression rollers engage only at the start and end of the sheet, ensuring a smear-free, clean finish on both sides.

Simple to use and compact, the Ultra 200 PRO applies a high-quality gloss or satin finish to a wide range of offset and digitally printed applications, enhancing the richness of its colors while protecting them from scratches and scuffing. Ideal for short to medium runs, the Ultra 200 PRO accommodates a variety of paper sizes from 8.5" x 11" to 21" x 30" and stocks between 170 - 500 gsm.
The Ultra 200 PRO also comes with the SF-300 Suction Feeder as standard for feeding high-volume jobs and features innovative technology for coating both sides of the sheet with a smear-free finish. Print providers can offer double the value by coating both sides of direct mailers, brochures, business cards, book covers, and much more.
An optional dual IR kit is available for KMBS and RICOH prints.

The Ultra 300Ai/300A UV Coater provides a solution that enhances the value and vibrancy of printed pieces at higher speeds and comes standard with a bridge unit - enabling it to receive output directly from a digital press!
Heavy duty yet simple to use, the Ultra 300Ai/300A applies a high-quality gloss, satin or matte finish to a wide range of offset and digitally printed applications, adding richness to its colors while protecting them from scratches and scuffs. It features innovative technology for coating both sides of the sheet with a smear-free finish. Print providers can offer double the value by coating both sides of the application, such as direct mailers, brochures, business cards, book covers, and more.
With the bridge unit, printed sheets are delivered directly into the UV coater, increasing overall productivity. The adjustable bridge unit accommodates the heights of most digital presses. With a coating speed of up to 148 feet (45 meters) per minute, the Ultra 300Ai can accommodate the output speed from most digital presses and process a variety of paper sizes, from 8.5" x 11" to 20" x 28" up to 350gsm. The Ultra 300A model is also available for near-line feeding with the high-capacity SF-300 Suction Feeder.
